Minty Lassi – Chilled Minty Yogurt Drink Video Recipe

The title itself says the flavor of this yummy drink and I love to have it not only on summer days but whenever I wanted. You will definitely start loving it if you make it once. This is such an easy drink to prepare so here is how you make this at home.

 

Serves – 2 
Preparation time – 5 mins
Cooking time – 5 mins
Ingredients : 

 

  • Fresh Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Water – 1 Cup
  • Mint – 10 to 12 leaves
  • Coriander – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Green Chilli to taste
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Ice – as needed

Procedure :
Step 1 : Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth
Step 2 : Blend mint, coriander, ginger, green chilli, salt to a smooth paste using a Tbsp of yogurt.
Step 3 : Mix this mixture with the yogurt and pour it into ice filled serving glasses. Enjoy your drink!
Step 4 : Add this to the yogurt and mix well
