This is the perfect accompaniment to any spicy biryani or any special rice dish. So simple yet very flavorful and  comforting. It has got bursting flavors from cilantro and yogurt.

Serves – 2
Preparation Time – 5 mins
Cooking time – 5 mins
Ingredients :

  • Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Tomato (finely chopped) – 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chillies (finely chopped) – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Cilantro (finely chopped) – 2 Tbsp
  • Curry leaves (torn into pieces) – few

Procedure:

Beat the yogurt until creamy. Add in the onion, tomato, cilantro, green chilli, curry leaves and salt. Mix well. Serve chilled with any Biryani or pulav. Enjoy!!!
