Ravva laddoo

Ravva Laddoo is a very easy to make dessert. Try this version of making ravva laddoo which has flavor of the fresh coconut that makes it more healthy way of having desserts.

Yields – 5 laddoos
Preparation time – 5 mins
Cooking time – 5 mins
Resting time – half hour
Ingredients :

  • Sooji(coarse) – 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/8 tsp

Procedure :


Step 1 : Dry roast sooji on low to medium heat stirring continously till nice aroma starts coming from it.
Step 2 : Turn off the heat and add coconut and add cardamom powder and sugar
Step 3 : Rest this mixture for about half an hour.
Step 4 :: Divide the mixture into the equal portions and shape them as laddoos using your palms.
Step 5 : Top them with ghee roasted nuts of your choice.
