Roasted Chana Dal (Pappulu) – 2 cups
Dry Shredded Coconut – 4 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Salt – 3 tsp or to taste
Garlic- 2 cloves (optional)
Step 1 : Into a blender add roasted chanadal, shredded coconut, red chilli powder, salt.
Step 2 : Blend into a fine powder.
Step 3 : Serve with Idli, dosa, upma, pesarattu almost any south indian breakfast or mix the powder with yogurt and prepare a chutney and have with roti , phulka, chapathi.
