Potato Fry

This Potato Fry recipe is kids all time favourite even elders just love it. You can carry this when you are on a small tour.
This is a must try recipe which is easy to make and can be modified according to your taste.

Serves – 4
Preparation time – 10 mins
Cooking time – 15 mins
Ingredients:

  • Potato – 4 medium
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp or to taste
  • Dry Shredded Coconut – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – To taste
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Oil – For deep frying

Procedure :
Step 1 : Blend red chilli powder, salt, coconut, garlic and make a powder out of them.
Step 2 : Chop Potatoes into bite size pieces.
Step 3 : Heat the oil for deep frying in a wide pan.
Step 4 : Add chopped potatoes into the pan and deep fry them on medium to high heat till crisp.
Step 5 : Drain the oil from the Potatoes and seperate the oil.
Step 6 : Add the spice powder into the pan and fry on low heat then add fried potatoes and mix well for a min. Serve hot.
