- Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Water(warm) – 3/4 cup approx
- Oil – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Step 1 : In a wide mixing bowl add in the flour and salt, mix well.
Step 2 : Add water little by little into the dlour to make a smooth round dough ball.
Step 3 Cover it and rest this for atleast half an hour.
Step 4 : Divide the dough into eqqual portions
Step 5 : dip the dumplings in the flour and roll them into rotis.
Step 6 : For baking the rotis place one of the rolled roti on the hot tawa and flip it immediatly after you see bubbles
Step 7 : And cook the roti for a min .
Step 8 : Immediatly take off the pan and fry it on the direct flame on both the sides till you find the golden brown spots.
