This is the world’s healthiest bread.. very easy and very very tasty that goes very well with any king of curries. So make this at home and enjoy with your family

Serves – 2 to 3
Preparation Time – 5 mins
Cooking time – 30 mins
Resting time – 15 ┬ámins
Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/4 cup
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Water(warm) – 3/4 cup approx
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp (Optional)

Procedure:

Step 1 : In a wide mixing bowl add in the flour and salt, mix well.
Step 2 : Add water little by little into the dlour to make a smooth round dough ball.
Step 3 Cover it and rest this for atleast half an hour.
Step 4 : Divide the dough into eqqual portions
Step 5 : dip the dumplings in the flour and roll them into rotis.
Step 6 : For baking the rotis place one of the rolled roti on the hot tawa and flip it immediatly after you see bubbles
Step 7 : And cook the roti for a min .
Step 8 : Immediatly take off the pan and fry it on the direct flame on both the sides till you find the golden brown spots.
