Serves – 2 to 3 adults

Wait Time – 30 mins
- Fresh Peanuts – 5 Cups
- Water – 6 Cups
- Salt – 4 tsp or to taste
- Discard Peanuts which are rotten and use the one’s that are fresh.
- In a pressure cooker add in water, salt and peanuts. Pressure cook for 10 whistles or until tender.
- Rest the peanuts in the pressure cooker with the water for 30 mins to allow the peanuts soak in the salt.
- Serve them hot! Enjoy
