Salty Peanuts – Simple Evening Snack

Salty PeanutsSalty peanuts are protein packed healthy and tasty snack. Make your evening special by making some of these :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serves – 2 to 3 adults
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time – 15 minsĀ 
Wait Time – 30 mins
Ingredients:

  • Fresh Peanuts – 5 Cups
  • Water – 6 Cups
  • Salt – 4 tsp or to taste

Process:

  • Discard Peanuts which are rotten and use the one’s that are fresh.
  • In a pressure cooker add in water, salt and peanuts. Pressure cook for 10 whistles or until tender.
  • Rest the peanuts in the pressure cooker with the water for 30 mins to allow the peanuts soak in the salt.
  • Serve them hot! Enjoy :)
